Triple Three

Master Distiller Rolf Zeitvogel brings an influx from the German Black Forest, where fruits and wine are distilled for centuries, and the knowledge is passed between the generations. But, like every passionate craftsman, he is driven by a passion for ingredients and location.

There are three different gins in their range: African botanicals, Citrus infusion, and Just Juniper. Which one do you think we have in our glass?

Love & Lavender

The Love & Lavender cocktail is one of pure elegance. A simple yet aesthetic cocktail perfect for a ladies night out.

  • 50ml Triple Three Gin
  • Crushed ice
  • Fresh Lavender buds
  • Lemon
  • Tonic water

Boil a quarter cup of water and stir in lavender buds, one drop of blue food colouring & one drop of red food colouring. Wait to cool and add to a shaker. Top up shaker with tonic water, crushed ice and your gin. Strain into a glass. Garnish with lavender and fresh lemon.

Leafy Goodness

This is their go-to, quick and easy cocktail that celebrates the pure flavours of their Gin – best served on a hot summer’s day!!

  • 50ml Triple Three Gin
  • Crushed ice
  • Pure Soda
  • Cucumber
  • Lime
  • A sprig of thyme

Fill shaker with your gin and crushed ice, shake well. Strain into a wide-rimmed Martini glass top up with soda. Add a sprig of thyme and a few slices of lime and cucumber to serve.
